About me

I’m a passionate tarantula keeper and hobbyist, currently finding my stride in that exciting space between beginner and intermediate levels. So far, my journey has brought me the joy of caring for eight incredible tarantula species, spanning Old World arboreals to New World terrestrials and arboreals. Each species has taught me something new, and with every molt and webbed corner, my curiosity grows.

Now, I’m ready to level up—exploring breeding projects and diving deeper into the world of tarantula care. My ultimate goal? To help build a science-driven, fact-based community that prioritizes accurate husbandry practices and the well-being of these fascinating creatures. I’m also dreaming big: future projects may include breeding initiatives and even looking into reintroduction programs to help certain species return to their natural habitats. I firmly believe in conservation and doing my part to protect tarantula populations for generations to come.

Whether it’s through learning, sharing, or collaborating, I’m here to champion these eight-legged wonders and keep them thriving—one enclosure at a time!

Me and my wife met in 2018, where we got married later and starting building our little family. We have 2 Frenchie’s (Nellie & Daisy), and one Rat terrier Mix (Oliver/Ollie). We both are animals lovers, gamers, exotic pet enthusiasts, and love exploring the world!

My first invertebrate ever was a Spiney Flower Mantis. This was my introduction into inverts

After my Mantis had passed, me and my wife decided to try out jumping spiders! This was my introduction into arachnids

Jumping Spiders did not appear to be my niche, so I started to search for different Arachnid Species. So then I got my first tarantula, C. Versicolor!

My primary hobby is currently keeping tarantulas, I love fishing, gaming, and creating new things!
